These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ARISE mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by bhive Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), a company based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using ARISE, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13–18 must have parental consent.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to notify us immediately at support@arise.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Plan: Available to all users with core features at no cost.
Paid Plans: Core (₹399/month or ₹2,999/year) and Premium (₹799/month or ₹5,999/year) plans are billed in advance. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period.
Price Changes: We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app notification.

Posts you publish in the ARISE Community are subject to moderation. By posting, you grant bhive Technologies a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the app. You retain ownership of your content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines without notice.
ARISE, including its design, code, content, and brand, is the property of bhive Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Content from the Master Library is provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
ARISE is a personal development and mindfulness application. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. The practices in ARISE (breathwork, meditation, journaling) are general wellness practices.
If you have a medical or psychological condition, consult a qualified professional before using any practice in ARISE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bhive Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ARISE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification and email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
